Jill Fry Arts - Painting Quilts Workshops and more

Textiles and Acrylics by Jill Fry.

About Jill
Jill has worked in the New Forest area in Hampshire England for many years but also takes  inspiration from the Welsh hills where her sister and  parents live.

Her preferred medium is acrylic on canvas but Jill also expresses her designs in art quilts and detailed water colour.

Jill has a particular skill in producing quick sketches from ideas or anything around her. Many local businesses have benefited from this ability for the design of Logo’s and general custom art work.
It is not unusual for Jill to spend an hour or so  sketching only to come home with nothing having been persuaded to sell straight from her sketch book!

With an ability to turn ideas into working sketches within minutes if you need a piece of custom art work or design idea try contacting Jill.

Also For a modest fee and travel allowance Jill also takes classes and gives talks to local New Forest organisations see the events page for past and future events.

Other work and styles are on this website. Also see her work in the  the Beaulieu Fine Arts gallery  follow the link to view more.

Here she can be seen with her daughter  at the 2009 Beaulieu Bear festival commisioned to sketch childrens favourite toys as a keepsake. Jill is also currently working for the Beaulieu bear shop  'Bear it in Mind' Illustrating a Childrens book based on the adventures of Bartie Bristle.
